Karl Phillips Course on Statistics

In February we gladly hosted Dr. Karl Phillips from the University of Cork, Ireland. Karl, a former PostDoc from our group, taught a course in statistics for Ph.D. students from Biology Faulty. His intensive 2-weeks R for Biologists and Ecologists course covered important statistical methods, including basic statistical tests, generalized mixed models, zero-inflation models, Bayesian statistics, PCA, writing own functions and packages and many more. Karl, thank you for sharing with us your rich statistics experience!
