We offer a stipend for 12 months to a student starting from 1st October 2024 in NCN-funded project aiming to investigate coevolution between Lime disease agent Borrelia afzelli and its rodent host, at the level of genes. Tasks will involve analysis of RNAseq data, as well as statistical analyse using multivariate techniques. Candidates with some experience in such analyses will be given priority. The candidate should have a degree in biological sciences or a related field and be able to work in team and to communicate in English.
